purchase policy

kavvabic's purchase policy on database list products are to be worked out with the individual, or corporation.

 

Funds are to be held in the purchasers trust and verified by kavvabics lawyers. 50%-100% of the cost of the product is to be paid or held in trust.  

 

All fees associated with each transaction is to be paid in full at the time fund are verified, costs would be handle and shipping fees associated any mark-up on products put in place by kavvabic.

 

certifications are you be completed by the seller, any failure or augmenting documents the seller has to pay all fees and markups on the product as penalty.

any misrepresentation of products will have the seller removed from the database and reported if pessary to Health Canada or other organizations.

If the purchaser does not release funds with out reason legal action will be taken and purchaser will be charged the full amount of the order plus and costs incurred to kavvabic and the seller.

Purchaser does not mean kavvabic inc. seller does not mean kavvabic inc.  Kavvabic does act as a buyer and seller and for the purpose of the policy fall under the terms buyer or seller.
